They don't have any control over it.

They are sending me a copy of the last of us remastered. I'm sure I can get a few bucks for it when the whole system and all of the controllers and games go back to gamestop.

Maybe your electricity isn't clean coming out of the socket, there might be jumps and dips in the charge, which would harm your PS4 over time. Maybe try getting a good surge protector and that will help.

Kinda funny that all my other devices work just fine.

Oh and Sony has notified me 4 more times this morning that my SHIPPING BOX IS ON ITS WAY.
