I play on a 15/1 connection perfectly fine with BF4. It all depends on how far from the server you are. Even if I had 150/150 Fiber my pings to a Euro server would be terrible. Line quality with low jitter also is a big winner.

Yeah, I agree. I just know that a lot of people can't get access to anything better. Especially people in rural areas.

I've made some good friends on Xbox that I've been gaming with regularly for close to a decade now that live out in Kentucky, all of them have that same issue. The other ones I game regularly with are either local in NJ, from NY or Florida, so as long as one of us hosts we're usually aright.

So are we...but for the most part, our ISP's seem to be decent. Had GoldenWest growing up and they're pretty decent - while at college I had MediaCom (they blow...service as bad as Comcast IMO), and now I have Midcontinent...who is surprisingly owned by Comcast but aren't horrible. I regularly get my advertised speeds and no issues otherwise.
