PC won't stay asleep or stay shutdown. Wtf?

I've always had this problem. My builds tend to just wake up at times and even in the middle of the night which forces me to go turn them off or switch the PSU off completely. Right now, as soon as I flip the switch on, it will turn on by itself. I've tried everything to stop this mess. Event Viewer tells me it is the power source. The problem has gotten far worse than it has ever before. I am forced to switch it off from the back. Anyone have any ideas how to stop the problem once and for all? Again, I have tried everything and looked up on Google to stop this with ppl's help in guides:

Ever since I updated my ASMedia USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller (ASM1143) driver, it has caused this I've noticed in my event viewer. I will attempt to fix this.
