The Open Source development team which was subpeonead along with Linus, is paying for the Linux Creator legal fees...which is pretty cool, since ODSL is improving Linux and they have a pretty big resource in Linus - heh!
Basically, the lowdown is that IBM violated its Unix contract with SCO by donating stuff to the Linux kernel...Hooey (also imho), and Torvalds is filing a counter suit.
