Dell sued over 'defective' laptops

I remember when dell sold the "bullet proof pc" and they were known for quality. I have an old dimension 4100 (1ghz p3) and that thing is the most reliable pc i have ever had. But it seems times change, I have to service dell machines all the time too. Something always going bad.
