Xbox Live account suspension update payment options

The credit card that has been used to pay for xbox live just expired but was renewed but now xbox live is messed up. It tells me to update my payment options whenever i try to sign in. I did update it but i still cant sign in without it asking me to update my payment options. Ive done this multiple times and its been the same thing. Sometimes it signs in randomly but when i go into netflix or any other app it kicks me off again and tells me the same thing. Im really becoming irritated because i cant watch netflix. Does anybody have a clue as to what i can do?

remove the payment option entirely, logout and logback in and re-enter?

Have you tried it from your PC via xbox.com instead of by the XBOX itself? Sounds like the XBOX isnt sending the data to the servers due to the fact that your having trouble signing in to update the account properly.

Call XBOX support, this happened to me and I had to call them and update my payment info before I could sign in to my account.
