So I hooked up my 360 to a LED PC monitor and popped in Reach. The monitor is in 1080P. On some black loading screens, I found that there was some white light flickering on the screen. Other than that, the monitor works good but is not as clear as I expected compared to an HD LED Tv. It is connected with a good HDMI cable. Is there anyway to fix the flickering on the screen? Am I better off using an HDTV? I got used to PC gaming so that is why I wanted to use my PC monitor.

Does the monitor have dynamic lighting or dynamic contrast? My friend's TV has this issue when dynamic contrast is on; on dark screens you can see it get darker, brighter, darker, brighter in the space of like, ten seconds.
But yeah, if it does I suggest turning it off and seeing if that makes a difference.

I was going to suggest the same. See if you can mess with the monitor settings to help fix this.
