Trabant 601 I got one as a run around, yes it's old yes it's in serious need of doing up but it's quite cheep to run and I have never driven a east german car before.

That thing is wicked! I love older cars that are in "serious need of doing up". I don't like them to fix them, I just like them. My first 2 cars were POS but I loved 'em, and it taught me to be grateful and responsible with with I have

Oddly I got it because it's so bizarre it's a old east German commie mobile, I am going to do it up a little but the body work apart from a few scratches and scuffs is mint, the engine is another matter I can get it up to 30 if i floor it and it drifts a little to the left so the steering needs aligning and the electrics need a good going over.
