Sweetpacks

I have got this junk on my computer before. I used Malwarebytes to remove the main scripts and then just used Norton 360 in case there were any parts of the virus left but if you don't want to pay for Norton 360, just use Malwarebytes. I then at last looked for any traces and deleted them manually.
 
Most of the stuff from Sweetpacks you can simply uninstall by going into the Control Panel. It's considered Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs), and many AV software will remove it, but you can do it by uninstalling as well.
 
You guys should really tell people to run those scans in safe mode. Safe mode does a minimal OS load and usually catches the little buggers napping, making them easier to remove. Most tools will run in safe mode.
