I also believe it is photoshoped. The red skin is probably made by increasing the saturation.

I dunno, people have been getting a lot of stupid tattoos. I would not be surprised if it is real. ****, look at that shmuck who got the Zune tattoo.

It's not just the size of it, look at where it's at. It's on the inside of his arm. I've always been told that is one of the worst places to tattoo because of how sensitive the area is to pain.

i do believe it's the top of the foot and around the ankle.
only skin and bone
however, inside arm and armpit hurt just with sunburns lol
