Mp3 to ringtone Program

I know there are programs out there like MP3 to Ringtone Gold out there. But i was trying to see if there was something esle and easier to use to take a song you own and chop and cut it and download to your cell to use as a ringtone. If anyone knows of any other program or any idea's as to help post it .

use cool edit pro to edit your song and myjal to upload it to your phone

use copy instead of cut so you won't modify the song
