Can my laptop run HD PVR?

So in about a 2 weeks, I'll be getting an HD PVR. Here are the specs of my laptop:

32-bit 1.8Ghz Dual Core AMD processor
1Gb Ram
Windows 7
Dedicated graphics with 256mb memory
Two USB ports

So can it?

System Requirements
Processor Requirements (minimum): Dual core CPU 2.0GHz or faster
Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit), Windows Vista or Windows XP service pack 2 (32-bit)
Graphics with 256MB memory (or greater)
Sound card
CD-ROM drive for installing the HD PVR software

I don't think your CPU is capable of running it just by looking at the system requirements.

Cant do it.

When you playback an HD PVR recording on your PC screen, you need a fast CPU and at least 256MB of graphics memory.
Processor Requirements (minimum):
Dual core CPU 2.0Ghz or faster

You do not meet the minimum required specs. Therefor trying to run it on your system will only cause you to have a bad experience.
