i'm going to try #2 when i have access to the laptop w/ problem. (it's in a remote location)
1. Does de-activating the redirection of your "My Documents" folder to a network share fix the problem? = didn't fix it.
2. Create a new share on the server. Leaving your original drive
letter mapped on the client, map a new drive letter to this new
network share. Redirect your "My Documents" folder to this new share instead of the old one. Does the problem still occur on the OLD share?
