Enable 4GB of RAM on Windows 7 32 Bit

So what your saying then is that my PC is recognising 4GB of RAM but it can only use 3.25 of it, or it can still use all 4GB of RAM?

Sorry if this sounds stupid but I am not very tech savvy yet and I am still learning soplease be patient with me

It can only use as much RAM as it can address, even if you actually have more.

So 3.25is all I am getting and the sooner I get a new mobo the better?
