• Perform a computer security check, using this checklist:
  a. Validate your existing anti-virus software if applicable or installing a free trial of Eset's Nod32 anti-virus;
  b. Setup and configure anti-virus software to protect your computer;
  c. Checking and/or configuring firewall and security settings to protect your computer;
  d. Confirm your computer has updated anti-virus software.
  
• Scan your computer. Remove any viruses found and/or quarantine the viruses.
• As a verfication or 2nd confirmation that your computer is clean, will run Trendmicro's HouseCall online virus scan.

• Does not include spyware scanning or removal.

Slow PC Performance Tune Up Service Guarantee

• After our service is completed, your computer will be faster and perform better than before the service.
• A benchmark score taken before and after the service using Primate Labs Geekbench, will be taken to show the increase in score.
• IF THE SECOND GEEKBENCH SCORE IS THE SAME OR LESS THAN THE FIRST GEEKBENCH SCORE, we will try again to increase your computer's performance. After a second try still shows no improvement, you can ask for a refund or ask us to work more on improving your computer's performance.

Monthly Maintenance - $30

Every day and week that your computer is online and used, "stuff" happens to it. You might get viruses or spyware or have things that slow your computer down. The idea of computer maintenance is to prevent problems from getting worse and to keep your computer running as best it can.

The TF Monthly Maintenance is provided only if you purchased one or more services above (Virus or Spyware Removal or Slow PC).

What's Included

• Maintenance will redo (if need be) the Services performed when you first purchased the (Virus and/or Spyware and/or Slow PC) Service(s).
• The appropriate scans and/or software will be executed for the purchased Service.
• Confirmation that appropriate program software is updated and running properly, for the purchased Service.
• Maintenance for any single Service purchased will be performed 2 times during a calendar month, perferrably spread out evenly during the months.

What's Not Included

• Maintenance for Services not purchased.
• If you require 3 or more seperate maintenance sessions/apointements within a calendar month, (only the first two maintenance sessions are included).

Monthly Maintenance Service Guarantee

• After our initial Service is completed, your computer will have maintenance performed 2 times a month.
