Depends on the problem. If it is BSOD, I obviously look up and diagnose it myself. Most of the time if it software related, I have a general idea of the cause just from my tech experience so I normally don't use software. The only things I use are Ad-Aware for spyware/malware search and removal and some Driver Repair/Removal software that I cannot remember off hand. I really haven't dealt with many computers under my assumed business yet, though... so perhaps I will start using software more once I find I need it.
Hope that helps, Lex.

Hello Lex,
Yes you are right. It can be faster to work in 64 Bit cause the CPU has more space and available tunnels and everything to work with. It is not jsut a Memory thing. I went with that in my write up cause that is mainly the biggest factor for people when they decide which OS to go with. But working in 64 Bit you do have that advantage and it can be faster when using many apps. I know alot of my friends swear by Vista 64 Bit over Vista 32 Bit anyday.
Cheers,
Mak
