Default xp x64 support 4 cpus?

About to order a dual opteron board, and im gunna order 2 opteron 250 dual proc cpus. I know xp pro supports 2 cpus and 4 logical cpus. Now, would it see my setup as being 4 cpus? or 2 and 4 logic... and foes xp 64bit support more processors?

Not sure on the fancy words but I do know this from what I read.

XP sees a Dual Core CPU as one CPU for licensing purposes so having Two Dual Cores is acceptible under licensing even though it's actually 4 Processors.
