Default xp to 2000

Hi
I had xp in my system and i now want to go back to 2000 professional.when i load the startup disks for 2000 and after the four disks are finished i get a messsage saying "file NTLDR is missing". I tried to install my 2000 in NTFS partition whereas my xp was installed as a FAT32 partition. How do i correct this problem and make the system recognize my 2000 cd?

Thank u

The easiest way to do it (I think) if you don't care about the stuff on your PC or you already have backups made is to use a boot disk (Win98 or similar) and use FDISK to format and repartition or even leave it the way it is and let Win2K partition it from within.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys....

I second this. This is the way I would also do it all so.
