Default Word Macros or packages or what do I need?

I want to know how to be able to make it so when a word document is opened a file can load, like when they open, a music file will open, or video etc. I've tried packages, but you have to right click and initiate the file. And I don't know enough VB to use the macro feature. How would I insert a file, or whatever I'd have to do, so it will load another file when a specific word file is opened?
Thanks,
Matt
