Default Word, Excel, etc... (Programs that allow you to create any type of file in general)

Hello,

I have a very long list of word, excel, and audio files, whose "details" I'd like to change. For any file that's created--let's say a simple word file for example--the program automatically includes information such as when the file was created, and who was the author (as written in the Windows user profile). And all of this information is accessible to whomever you send the file to. Is there any way that these details can be permanently deleted or altered such that the recepient of the files you're sending cannot tell when the file was created, nor the windows user who was logged in when the file was created.

Thank you in advance.

File Properties Changer - Change file properties..
Utility to change file / folder / JPG date, time (timestamp), attributes

Maybe those will work. Best to just try and Google for software that can do this. Within Windows there is no option to change it.
