Angry Wndows XP not booting.

I think I messed with disk management or I cant remember exactly what I did before the boot problem which I am going to mention soon.I have a multi booting machine with win2k. I can boot win2k without a problem but I will like to boot XP as well

When I boot from XP it gives this error:

The following file is missing or corrupt
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMd

i don't know what is next to do cos nothing happens pressing F8.

sounds like you deleted a file from the XP system folder. You can try and cut and past that file from a friends system and put it back.

You also might be able to boot to your XP cd and use the Repair tool.
