WMP help

ok so i downloaded a movie and i like to skip through it but it wont let me?

everytime i try ot move the bar it imediatly goes back

does anyone know how to fix this?

sry but i ned it for one of my classes and i need ot be able to skip around to make variouse points

have u thought about using like microsoft powerpoint or something similiar.

i cant i need to use this file
one of the requirements for hte project is to use one movie clip

try using a diffrent decoder try
k-lite
or
xing
or try changing the formatt of the file using any ripping programs !
