ok so i downloaded a movie and i like to skip through it but it wont let me?

everytime i try ot move the bar it imediatly goes back

does anyone know how to fix this?

one of the requirements for hte project is to use one movie clip

try using a diffrent decoder try
k-lite
or
xing
or try changing the formatt of the file using any ripping programs !
