i am having a problem with my netbook. i keep getting a error message saying windowsformsparkingwindow agent.exe TSP1.DLL cant be found. what is this and how do i fix it.
That looks like it is related to the Visual C++ Runtime Libraries. I would either try a repair install of XP or to reinstall those libraries.
