Default windows xp speech recognition

Is there any way to control the windows xp system shell with speech recognition? Apparently, the built in speech recognition only works for office programs... I need something that can navigate folders, hit the start button, etc....

Thanks!

I'm not to keen on speech recognition, I have found it to be quite unreliable in the past when using it in a word document with spelling errors and random words appearing. I would not recommend using such programmes however it depends on how much you really need it.

I would be interested to see how reliable speech recognition software would be when navigating an operating system if there is such software.
