Default Windows XP Professional x64

Lo,

Just wondering if I should consider upgrading to Windows XP Professional x64 as i currently have 32 bit version.

The specs i have is:

2 x 1GB Dual channel OCZ
AMD Athlon X2 4800+ (Non OC)
eVGA 7900GTX

If i did change would i get any considerable performance as I don't know if the 32 bit version is fully making use of my dual core ability and 64 bit capability.

I am however aware of the 64 bit programs being very limited but thought that most should be able to be emulated using that WOW64.

Thanks in advice.

Amidamaru.
