Windows XP Pro Won't Start

So I just finished restarting my computer today for the past 4 days it was on and upon restarting it gets stuck on the Windows XP Pro black screen where the bars are loading and stuff.

I did a power off improper shut down and ran XP on safe mode and luckily I wasn't able to boot.

So there must be something wrong with the configuration to run normally.

Any ideas what it is?

Do you have an XP disk? You can use it to boot to the recovery console and try chksdk /r and fixboot.
