Default Windows XP password reset wizard

Hi - I'm having trouble resetting my password using the disk created with the password reset wizard. The wizard seemed to create the disk OK but when I try to reset the password using the disk, I get a really helpful message advising "an error has occurred while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account" but it doesn't say what the error is. I've tried recreating the disk but get the same message. Anyone any ideas how to recify this? Thanks.

This so called 'reset wizard'... i'm not sure that's part of XP itself. Is this a freeware you D/L off the internet? If so, didn't the program come w/ sort of a help file?
