Windows XP Media Edition
In this OS that I just installed any window can cover the taskbar and the whole menu at the bottom of the screen. How do you change the Start menu to always be ontop? I've right clicked on it and gone into properties but it didn't do anything.

That's really wired to look at. Here's the link:

Now at the bottom of that pic where the little IE icon is in the bottom corner that bar is where my start menu should be.

i cant seem to replicate it, press f11 and then press f11 again and see it it goes to full screen and then regular mode

i know its not full screen but i was just seeing if it would reset it self. have you tried moving the taskbar around?
