I downloaded the windows update today and when it rebooted the computer it would freeze at the loading screen for windows XP home. After alot of troubleshooting I decided to just use the repair tool on my SP1 CD. It kinda of worked because I can now load the OS. The only problem now is that it shows me having 2 windows XPs and the loading screen is very very slow. Does anyone have any suggestions on hw to find out and fix it?
It gets stuck at the screen that says Windows is now starting... (before username login comes up)
