windows xp 64 trial

I downloaded the windows xp pro 64 trial awhile ago. It says it's good for only 120 days. Do these 120 days start when I install Windows? or when I downloaded it?'

Also, is there anything disabled or limited because it's a trial?

When you install Windows, you usually get a 30-day trial.

120-day trial?
