Every time i start windows it freezes where the little bar goes across with the logo, yeah that one. Well, i can start in safe mode and i already tried the "last known configuration" option, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
boot the computer with the xp cd and when it goes to the install option hit R for repair install. You wont lose your files, all it does is replaces the windows files.
