Last thing i heard the Official announcemt was 4th Quater of 2006. Nothing more or less than that. I think this was announced back around Beta 1 if i am not mistaken. With the set backs they have been having i dont see them hitting the July mark. Its almost Feb and they dont even have Beta 2 out. Let alone the Release Canadiates. There is supposed to be 3 RC's. So if the calulation is right that would mean Beta 2 in March, RC0 would have to be May, RC1 would be June and RC2 would be in July. Unless they skip a phase or they make some major progress in the next month July is out.

Just download the vista beta through bit torrent. You will have to search through websites though for it. Use yahoo and search for microsoft windows vista beta. You should be able to find it.
