it would probly be a better idea to wait until vista comes out because you will be able to get a better video card for the same price as a cheap one today and it will probly run vista better.

No need there are plenty of video cards today that are more than cabable of running Vista. Can't wait for the duel core video cards anyways yes thats true with any hardware if you wait it gets cheaper.

Fall 2006 as said in a Microsoft Developer Confrence etc. this is for the basic version that will not include WinFS and so many other goodies Hey XP users go to microsoft you can download the WinFS Beta 1 it requres .net framework 2.0 (hehe said it would be needed for things) also in Beta try it out. The Full/Premium variant is to come out 2007.

it suppose to be a faster search tool like mac has. it something like google or copernic desktop search

WinFS will index all files. It will act like the Virtual Folders in Vista. At least from the time i have spent with it that what it reminds me off. It will be for faster searching and indexing of files to keep the clutter down. Which will allow for faster Defrag times and a better running system.
