Thank you for the link, however it did not fix the problem.

Found it,

It was a left-over svc.exe file from Mabongi or whatever it's called, some crappy free game I tried out and deleted, all sorts of crap the uninstaller left.

P.S. I only found it by running Osiris's viris removal plan. THANK YOU TECH FORUMS!
