For an school test I need to get a script/batch file for windows server 2003 that automatically adds like 400 users to the user database. Something like Student 1 to 400 all with password 12345678.

I did find some sites that other people directed to on other forums but personally I did not get any progress with them.

Take a look at Microsoft's Script repository.
You're probably going to want to write this in VBScript using either the ADSI framework.
