Default Windows Server 2003/2008

Is Windows Server 2003 (all Editions) fully compatible with Windows Vista (all editions)?

Is Windows Server 2008 (all Editions) fully compatible with Windows XP Professional (x86 and x64)?

I have tried to find this out on the Microsoft website, but I have not found any information to answer my questions.

Somebody please help! Thank you very much!

Fully compatible means that no features will be inaccessible, etc.

As far as when you connect the OS to each other over a network. No there is no compatibility issues.
