Default Windows security alerts

Just formated compter again, and as a part of sp2 for xp they added the "Windows Security Alerts" (As I am sure everyone knows), When u log into windows the bubble down at the bottom says "You are not protected" (thats not exackly what is said) I know its saying this because I disabled a feature, but I dont want it to say it when I log in anymore... can't find any settings for the alert system.. anyone know how to get rid of it? It probably something stupid I am missing.

Thanks in advance.

Default

I set the security center to manual in services.msc, so I won't see those icons at all and the firewall is still enabled
