Default Windows Media Player 11 keeps dropping out of fullscreen

I've been annoyed by this for a while.... whenever I watch something in fullscreen in WMP, it drops back to normal windowed mode after a few minutes. It does this both with regular videos, and streaming web content. It's suddenly become more annoying as I started streaming more WMP formats, so I don't have the option of another player, such as VLC, AVS or powerDVD.

EDIT: All screensaver and power management options are disabled, so there shouldn't be anything interfering with it.

Usually that's caused by hidden pop-up windows or a process in the background that grabs the screens focus for just a second. You know of any programs you have installed that would do it?

Specifically, no... I have a -lot- of stuff running, but none of it apart from my security center that should be begging for focus, and then only if it gives me an alert... I suppose trillian could do it, too, but its activity doesn't seem to coincide with the loss of focus in WMPLAYER.

Here's a process log:

It could be hyperdesk. Theme overhauls tend to interfere with some fullscreen apps.

hmm, I disabled all hyperdesk themes and am using royale noir... will see about uninstalling the loader, though, and see if that helps.

it doesn't seem to have bothered me in the last couple days, though, which is interesting.
