I have been struck by a wretched problem for at least 1 year and I decided to take action. The problem is that my windows installer is malfunctioning and I have the faintest idea to where/what the source is. I've done some research and thought that maybe the problem resides in my registry, however, the registry folder in which Windows Installer is located (MSIserver) does not exist. This problem is beyond my computer knowledge so I now place my faith in this forum, which was highly recommend by a friend of mine.
Computer specs (family computer)
CPU - Intel Celeron -2.0ghz
RAM - 256mb
GPU - Intel integrated graphics
H/D - 40gb
