Windows Installer in WindowsXP keeps trying to install norton ghost every time I click on Norton System Works to start up.I installed NSW without the ghost option.Any help appreciated.

Did you recently upgrade the System Works suite or upgrade to the System Works suite? Is there any other relevant information you can provide?

I had to uninstall it because of problems and tried to reinstall it without ghost.I finally uninstalled it again and now it wont load up it says insert disk 1 all the time.

Are you properly un-installing Norton each time or just using the Add/Remove Programs wizard? If the latter, search from the following for the proper instructions that apply to your OS and situation:
