Jewels is on a distinguished road

Default Windows Explorer -> Tray Icons

I'm running XP SP2, and on rare occasions Windows Explorer ends up crashing. I wouldn't usually mind, but all the a lot of my tray icons disappear, and in order to get them back I have to terminate the programs and start them up again.

One problem I have now is that the "safely remove hardware" icon is missing, and I can't seem to get it back. I've got a Bluetooth USB stick plugged in and I don't want to take it out prematurely, and it won't let me restart without removing it.

Being USB, i assume it's plug-and-play so you don't need to use the "safely remove hardware." The only USB hardware i know of that isn't plug-and-play is the mouse/keyboard.
