dogbeats1220 is on a distinguished road

Default windows error

a dell laptop with xp on it started popping a dial-up error message stating that the connextion was not properly cleaned and restarting the computer should this (err=38), Now restarting the computer does not solve this it started happening right after her dsl was setup.I have elimanated all dial-up connection from the comp but this message is still popping and i cant find anything listed on it on microsoft or im just not looking in the right spot any ideas?:freak:

click start > control panel > network & internet options > internet options.

click on the connections tab, then select never dial a connection.

if that doesn't solve the issue you might have some virus's on your machine.

yeah i tried that first and i usually run avg which is on and ran but says not threat same did command and panda
