hey guys nice to be back, anywho, this wierd error comes out having to do (researched it) with windows defender and some administrative misconfiguration, take a look at the pic, yah, there are alot i know ,

have you tried the obvious like uninstalling and reinstalling it aswell as a system restore?

also try following warez's guide it sounds a bit like it could be a virus or adware.

Adware is a piece of software that advertises by popups and banners on your PC.

It could not cause Windows Defender to get errors like that.

I suggest uninstall, download again from microsoft website and reinstall.
