808Alaska True Techie Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 141	Windows 7 upgrade question Hey everyone, my brother has windows vista home basic and i was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade to windows 7 home premium with just the windows 7 home premium upgrade? or does it have to be a complete full format and install? thanks in advance.
