Windows 7 0x0000010E BSOD

Hi i have problem with bs when i start game , i have low spec comp
Sempron 2600+ 64
768 ddr1 400
Radeon x550 256/128
Gigabyte GA-K8NE nforce 4
80HD WD

I'm trying to run game in XP sp2 , Vista mode , changing video drivers : ati catalyst 9.8 , 7.3 for win 7 , when i installing System and next drivers i propably saw error when it installing nvidia nforce drivers but next drivers all ok i download nforce drivers but how install it? there are 3 files nvraid.sys nvstor.sys nvraid.inf ? maybe this give BS , system working good but when i start game and play around 2min i have 93-94 used memory maybe too low is 768 ram, i install newest ver directx . Windows 7 ultimate 7600 RTM , maybe i must update that nvraid drivers or buy 512 ram more? i read of that bs but there ppl said is not a lot memory of graphic card but is radeon x550 256mb , but on properties of graphic card i see

How did you install Win7 when you dont even meet the minimal requirements? It needs at least 1GB of RAM. You dont even have that.

You need more RAM. Until then you wont be able to game at all. Win7 uses up to much of what little resources you have no way you are going to be able to do anything till you get at least 1GB.
