i try to install nortan internet security 2004 one day but i can't use the vouals or even numbers so i called tech support and the told my to get the download version, but that dosn't work either. so i downloaded adaware, spybot, and macafee anti-virus and scaned like 3 times it turns out that i have 4 viruses. so should I refromat my hard drive?

btw I'm geting a laptop and i want to know which is better windows or mac?

Yes, you should re-format, or at least repair your WinXP installation. Also, macs are better, but the software selection for them sucks. Stick with the Windows PC, especially for gaming since you are a gamer.
