windoes information message

Hi:

Whenever I put my mouse on a file or program the tooltip message comes up letting me know some information about the file, program, etc...

Its set to be a little bit bigger and bold.

How could I change this ??

control panel | display, click appearance tab, click advanced, select tooltip. Change font settings
