Will there be any changes from Win 7 RC 1 to the Final build released to the public?

Most probably. I think Mak said somewhere that they were still finding bugs in it

I'm sure there will still be changes. Heck, xp and vista still get changes made to them.

Yes there will be. considering there has already been Build 7127, Build 7137 and Build 7201 that has hit the review sites. I would wager that there is going to be major changes done to the code since they are already beyond Build 7100 that they used for RC.

There will definately be changes. They'll mainly consist of adding programs or features because right now it's kind of bland. But yes, by October 22nd on it's relese there WILL be changes (or they would've already released it by now)

There will be no more additions to the OS. The OS is and has been feature complete for some time now. The only thing being done to the OS since it hit the RC (Release Candidate) stage is bug fixes and program compatibility.
