When storage device is plugged in
is there a way to run a bat file everytime a storage device is plugged in??

i want it to copy the contents of the storage device and back it up to my z: drive

I dont know that it would be possible to do it that specific way. Perhaps we can come up with another solution though. What is the storage device that you are connecting? When you connect it does it show up as a drive letter under My Computer?

its just a mp3/memory stick (napa) yes the letter is always shown in my computer
