Default what are your essential tech software titles?

My question is for you tech's. Im about to start a new job as a tech, and i want to make a cd/thumbdrive with software on it.

What are your favorite "have to have" software titles when workin on PC's?

examples are

- spyware programs
- backup/driver programs
- file recovery
- password changers
- anything else u feel is crucial

Please list ur best software, no matter what the cost. Thanks!

aparis99,

1) Any Operating System [windows,linux,unix,FreeBSD....]
2) All your drivers
3) Antivirus/Spyware removal/Adware removal

I dont think you need any other stuff. These are the "essential" stuff. Once you have the essential stuff you can always get the other software from Net.

p.s: Backup all your documents/private data/your photoshop work.etc ..they are pricelss!

What are some of the sources you use for drivers. I use driverguide etc.
